Matcha Uji-no-shiro

Uji-no-shiro matcha is a great choice for your for everyday enjoyment. This is a matcha with strong herbal notes but no  unpleasant bitter or sour taste found in most matchas in this range. It has notes of raw cocoa, snow peas, lush grass and nori leaves. It leaves the palate with a lovely, enveloping, slightly sweet and lasting aftertaste.
