Chrysanthemum Flowers

This herbal tea is a infusion made from chrysanthemum flowers, quite popular in China. The liquor is transparent and ranges from pale to bright yellow in color, with a strong floral aroma. According to Chinese etiquette, once a teapot of tea has been drunk, hot water is added again (producing a lighter infusions), the process can be repeated multiple times. Chrysanthemum tea started as a tradition during the Song Dynasty (960–1279).
