Si Ji Chun
This tea is a is a great initiation to Taiwanese Wulongs. It is one of the most floral of Taiwan’s Wulongs, only slightly oxidized, it has a magnificent yellow floral bouquet with lilac & hyacinth overtones, slightly sweet, with almond and vanilla notes. Grown in the Bagua mountains in the Nantou region of Taiwan, Si Ji Chun literally means “four spring seasons” as it can be harvested every season. This is a solid less-caffeinated alternative to green tea.
