Assam Banaspaty

From the Banaspaty tea gardens in India’s Northeast Assam, this fairtrade tea with uniform and slightly broken leaves is a full-bodied black tea with notes of tobacco, malt and prunes.

With less tannin than most other Assam teas, it is a comforting tea in the morning, plain or with a drop of milk.

This tea is grown with no  chemical fertilizers or pesticides and has a national certification.
